Also available individually, these devices will transport, lift, accumulate and protect your finished packed products using robustly constructed and well designed solutions.
TP Top Sheet Dispensers (Water/dust proof)
This robust device has a positive static cutting system for added reliability and blade longevity. The sheet is placed over the pallet on entry into the wrapping area or during the wrapping cycle and held in place by a top clamp to secure its position. Depending on the wrapping cycle chosen the top sheet will provide protection against water and/or dust ingress.
Stacking Devices for palletized Loads
Buffaload stacking devices provide more efficient use of factory warehouse space by stacking pallets vertically on one another and reduce the amount of fork truck traffic.
Loaded/Empty Pallet Centering Devices
Buffaload centering devices ensure loaded or empty pallets are always in the correct position for following palletizing, wrapping or stretchooding devices.
Wrapping Area – Pallet Lifting Devices
Buffaload pallet lifting devices enable the stretchwrapper or hooder to wrap under the pallet for more effective pallet protection and security.
Wrapping Area – Film Clamping Device with Contrabar
Buffaload film clamping device with contrabar provides a simpler lower cost stretchwrap film sealing system without touching the pallet. Ideal for single size pallets or pallets fed with the longest edge closest the sealing device.

Buffaload roller conveyors are robustly constructed and galvanised finished for consistent and reliable operation in all environments.
Driven Chain Conveyors
Invariably a lower cost pallet conveying device for pallets with the appropriate strap boards.
Turntable Driven Roller Conveyors
Buffaload turntable conveyors can be used when the pallet outfeed direction needs to change in one or several directions. Positive and effective for stable and semi stable pallet loads.
Turntable Driven Chain Conveyors
Turntable chain conveyors are a lower cost solution when the pallet outfeed direction needs to change in one or several directions. Positive and effective for stable and semi stable pallet loads and pallets with the appropriate strap boards.
Shuttle Trolley Conveyors on Rails
Buffaload shuttle trolleys are suited for applications where product needs to be fed to several outfeed conveyors
Combination Driven Roller/Chain Transfer Conveyors
Buffaload chain transfer conveyors are ideal for single 90° direction changes (either left or right) for finished or empty pallets having the appropriate strap boards
Pallet Destackers
Buffaload’s range of de-stackers are suitable for either single size 4 way pallets of good condition or pallets of multiple sizes and varying conditions.
